You could try using several layers of kitchen paper and a warm iron, gently at first to see what happens to the window sill.

Hair Removal
Materials:
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Mix all together, boil until it reaches 250 degrees F. Pour into a jar. When ready to use, microwave for about 10 to 20 seconds to soften. Put it on warm, put your strip of cotton on, rub in the direction of the hair growth and yank it off (opposite of hair growth). Try not to get it on too thick (I use a Popsicle stick for an applicator). A tip for keeping the sugar at the right temperature is to use one of those small beverage warmers (like single hot plates for one cup). Just make sure the container that you put the sugar in wouldn't melt when left sitting on it. A glass measuring cup works great.

Wet towel and a hot iron. Make sure it's a towel you don't want. Try to use a white or light colored one so that dye won't fade on to the carpet also. Good Luck.
